The quirkiest little store in Perpignan.
My wife and I discovered this little oasis by accident late on our first night in Perpignan. We had booked elsewhere and after being seated we’re ignored for almost 30 minutes, consequently we got up and left. As it was a Saturday might and getting late everywhere was busy or had taken last orders. We noticed Chez Tara had only 1 table of 2 empty so we enquired about the chance of grabbing a meal, fortunately they were able to accommodate. The simple limited menu served on retro crockery and cutlery in amongst a flea market shop was incredible in fact if you like the crockery you can purchase it to take home along with the tables and chairs. My wife and I frequented the cafe several times during our vacation and must say the Saturday morning brunch was sensational. We also purchased some lovely preloved pieces for our home. The owners are a lovely young couple who are friendly, enthusiastic and engaging. They also converse very well in English. If your after a coffee, simple meal or some local natural wines and beers or your looking for a bargain piece of preloved treasure than Chez Tara will spin your wheels..- Service

It's one of the best cafés I've ever been to! I had a great cookie and a coffee, all in the nice atmosphere. The selection of antiques was also great, unlike most stores that put out whatever is old and dusted.

Stumbled upon this place while wandering. The music playing in the record player was beckoning us in, the kitschy and eclectic second hand finds liter ever nook and cranny of this small and well situated spot. It was a little break from the busyness and the staff was so lovely and welcoming. And he made a wonderful espresso. Can’t wait to come back and explore more.

I visited the Café today with two friends. The place is charming, the tea and cookies were delicious and the attention was excellent. Great option if you are by Perpignan.

Stumbled across this gorgeous place and enjoyed the most delightful tartine 3 fromages & glass of red. Sat outside & read my book - perfect déjeuner tranquil 🍷💕 There’s also a cute brocante inside 🤗

Un endroit hyper original, où tout s'achète (même la chaise où vous êtes assise). L'ambiance est très sympa et celles et ceux qui adorent chiner vont être ravis. Bons produits à boire et à manger de qualité : thé à la mirabelle validé !

Si vous recherchez un endroit hors du temps tenu par des personnes incroyablement gentilles, venez découvrir le café Brocante.
La musique est sympa et tout ce que vous pouvez voir à l'intérieur est achetable.
Un vrai petit coin de paradis à aller découvrir sans hésiter.
Pour trouver un équivalent il sera nécessaire de partir à Bruxelles, Barcelone ou même Paris.
De plus, vous avez la possibilité de prendre des petites choses à grignoter, manger, boire du vin ou de la bière 🍻 locale !
